这是上图的电气关系说明
The diverter consist of two central belts, belt 1 and belt 2, which may be raised pneumatically, and four side belts, belt 11, 21, 31and 41 which all can function as inlet and/or outlet belts. All belts can be reversible.
The diverter can receive identical length-/or crosswise from one, two or three inlet belts and send them in turn either through or at right angles to an outlet belt, or it can take identical bundles length-/or crosswise from an inlet belt and divert them alternately to two outlet belts either straight ahead or at right angles all depending on the range of the control.
The diverter can receive four ingoing ready signals IK to belt 11, belt 21, belt 31 and belt 41,respectively, and the diverter them emits four outgoing ready signals UK from the corresponding belts. Furthermore, the four side belts can emit outgoing operation signals UD, in order to start up the subsequent plants and outgoing pause signals UP, in order to stop the subsequent plants, if the electric control is equipped this. The diverter also be equipped which photocells for direct through-B14, B24,B34 and B44.
Main run is defined as the run chosen by the operator, which is the preferred run.
Alternative run is defined as the run chosen by the operator if the main run is blocked.
The subsequent belt is defined as the first belt after the machine- viewed in the direction of run-which is not part of the electric control of the machine.
The preceding belt is defined as the belt before the machine –viewed in the direction of run – which is not part of the electric control of the machine. |
