个人的理解如下:
I think the logistics and supply chain management could overlap. Different companies define these two definations in their own ways. Generally speaking, the logistics is generally concerned with strategy and coordination of flows between marketing and production. Such as transportation and distribution.
So, I think that the Logistics is that part of the SCM process that plans, implements, and controls the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services, and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customers' requirements.

SCM und Logistik werden vielfach synonym verwendet. In der Tat zielen SCM wie Logistik auf die Gestaltung von Objektflüssen (Güter, Informationen, Werte) entlang den Prozessstufen der Lieferkette, wobei sie auf eine Steigerung des (End-)Kundennutzens (Effektivität) und auf eine systemweite Verbesserung des Nutzen/Kosten-Verhältnisses (Effizienz) zielen.Das SCM betont somit in Abgrenzung zur Logistik den interorganisationalen Aspekt der logistischen Managementaufgabe. Das Supply Chain Management kann viel mehr als ein neuer Ansatz der Betriebswirtschaftlehre angesehen werden, der sich auch über die Grenzen des Betriebes erstreckt. Er beinhaltet nicht nur die Logistik, sondern alle anderen Felder der Betriebswirtschaftlehre z. B. Marketing, Produktion, Unternehmensführung, Unternehmensrechnung und Controlling.
