当然能看得懂. 只是觉得你的这些图片非但不能解释SCM 和LOGISTICS 两者的区别, 反而更容易让人混淆和糊涂,
个人的理解如下:
I think the logistics and supply chain management could overlap. Different companies define these two definations in their own ways. Generally speaking, the logistics is generally concerned with strategy and coordination of flows between marketing and production. Such as transportation and distribution.
So, I think that the Logistics is that part of the SCM process that plans, implements, and controls the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services, and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customers' requirements.
就不知道你能不能看得懂了.
I can not read English. Specially, I can not read the English without logics. I challenge your comments in the flowing points:
First, "Logistis management is the part of SCM", I agree. But I do not agree on "Logistics is that part of SCM...." They're deferent level.
Second, in the initial management theory, the four basic functions of management are planning, organizing, leading(implements), controlling. As you said, The only thing between logistics management and SCM is organizing. It's absolutely wrong.
Third, I think the difference between LM and SCM is the scope. SCM is more wider than LM.
Thank you!
Frankly speaking, I don't like you speaking style! |
