真正的DBA，
1。对操作系统特别是UNIX系统的结构和核心参数有深刻理解
2。对ORACLE的学习，并不是局限在世面上所卖的书里。而是向更底层发展。

1.Provide 7*24*356 technical support whenever you are, whatever you'r doing.
2.Familiarize with Applications, ERP, CRM, SCM...
3.Know how to manage a data warehouse(>100G).
4.Know how to argue with managers, developers, leaders...
5.Have a strong ability on documents, be proficient in Office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projecter. It's very important, you know, nowadays the most promising developing language is not Java, C#, XML..., BUT PowerPoint!!
6.English is also important to a successful DBA, actually it's a basic element.
