因为做服务和做顾问的区别是很大的，比如下面这个招服务工程师的要求：
Job Function：
→ Information Logistics related Projects Management
系统后勤相关项目管理（logistics 包括SD/PP/PM/MM/WM/MM）→SAP R3/APO system internal plant daily support
SAP R3 系统内部日常支持
→Develop/Optimize/Harmonize information/material flow (supply chain) concepts
发展、精简 信息链（供应链）流程
→ In charge of planning and application of logistics concepts
负责计划和后勤应用
→ Logistics/SAP training for new comer(user)
新用户后勤模块培训
→ Advanced Parameters Setting
高级后台参数设置


Job Description:
Management all of project of SAP System (logistics) relavancy as project managers in business side or core member,Be responsible/ coordinate IT Center Asia for SAP problem troubleshooting and training new comers,develop/introduce new logistics concepts and the other tasks
Activities:
→ Information Logistics related Projects Management
Normally Information Logistics people responsible is in charge of all of projects related to SAP,and the other infromation
handling internal Logistics,such as, EDI connection, SAP upgrade, SCM projects……
→SAP R3/APO system internal plant daily support
To handle problems/questions encountered in SAP Key users side as super user, then do problem management, do necessary lesson learning. Make sure no the same problems encountered by users' mistakes.
→Develop/Optimize/Harmonize information/material flow (supply chain) concepts Develop information/material flow concepts in view of Synchronize procurement with production,Internal optimal cycle time,
With requirement synchronized delivery to customer. And opotimize/harmonize existing process, concepts toenhance current process and improve logisitics key figures.
→ Logistics/SAP training for new comer(user)
Manage all of logistics related hand manual and keep updating, coordinate the new user get correct access with the local IT, and do necessary training before operation.



Work Time: → 8 H /Day, Over time is necessary


Job Qualification/
Education: → Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Industrial Engineering/ Logistics at least
Job experience: → At least 2 years experience within Logistics/supply Chain field or SAP/ERP related field
Language skills: → Excellent English communication (spoken and written)Additional Skills:
→ Excellent computer skills (Excel, CAD, Word, Project, SAP, Lotus Notes)
→ Interpersonal skills necessary to interface with internal department and external Engineers
→ High ability to communicate, to work in a team, skill to think integrated and cross-functional
→ Comprehension of technics connected with process oriented procedures and coherences in automotive industry
Facility: → Computer, Telephone, Fax, Printer, Scanner

楼主认为这个要求很低吗?  这都相当于PROJECT MANAGER的要求了. 能做到这些要求的, 至少要有5年以上SAP项目实施经验了吧.
