青岛危险品集装箱
  ——作为一个专门的集装箱码头，QQCT不存放任何的危险品集装箱，而是作为货主和收货人之间货物安全运输的整个物流链中的一个环节，此项有关危险品箱货的规定仅对靠泊QQCT的船舶有效。

* QQCT 危险品分类
  ——根据每一种物质的危险系数，QQCT 将危险品分为红色标志或绿色标志危险品，并对每一类危险品制定了详细的操作程序，以保证和这些货物有关的操作风险能降到最低。
——下述表格将IMDG中的危险品分为红色或绿色标志危险品。

——从上述列表中可以看出红色标志危险品集装箱被分成第1类和第2类，每一类都有其相应的规定。

  红色标志第1类
  此范围内的货物不允许在堆场存放，必须采取车船直取的方式。
* Import Containers 进口集装箱
  ——对于进口集装箱，必须提前安排陆运车辆，且车辆在卸船前已停靠在船边。
——检查桥的入口处将对进口单据进行检查，同时也会对司机和卡车进行检查，以确保其持有运载危险品的有效证件。没有这些单据或文件，则不能为卡车办理手续，且集装箱也不能从船上卸下。
——任何未清关的进口集装箱会被直接装上卡车并送到指定的青岛场站堆存和清关，所有和此移动有关的费用由收货人负担。
——危险品等级1和7. 1类和7类的危险品在没有得到QPA允许之前是不允许操作的。必须在操作前24小时通知治安科和消防科，并得到治安科的许可。在开始操作此类货物之前，相关的船公司也需要从QQCT那里得到可以操作的书面许可。
——在上船操作这些集装箱之前，需要召开一个由所有操作人员参加的船前会，其目的是为了确保所有的人员充分理解准备操作的货物以及需要遵守的程序。
——码头必须保证从船边到检查桥出口的通道畅通，同时必须有一辆引导护送车（QQCT的车辆或者是专门的警车）护送卡车出港口大门。
* Export Containers 出口集装箱
  ——同进口集装箱一样，红色标志第1类危险品只能采取车船直取方式。
——在检查收箱前，应进行检查以确保司机带有正确的单据，同时检查箱子是否有损坏，以及有无必要的危险品标签，如不符合将被拒收。
——危险品等级1类和7类进口箱的程序同时也适用于出口箱。

红色标志第2类
  ——红色标志第2类的危险品比第1大类危险品较稳定，对其限制也就相对较少。红色标志第2类危险品可以存放在堆场中，但最多只能存放4个小时，且必须遵循下述标准。

  ——进口的红色标志第2类箱子在卸货时将被存放在指定的堆场位置。
——在卸货之前，必须确保所有必要的进口清关程序已经完成。已清关的进口箱子会被存放在堆场中，但最多只能存放4小时。若超过4个小时，集装箱将被转运到青岛的指定场站中继续存放和清关。所有未清关的箱子在卸船后将被马上转运到指定的青岛场站中。
——在船上需对箱子进行检查以确保在运输过程中无损坏及铅封完好。
——红色标志第2类箱子会被放到预先指定的堆场位置，且只能堆一个高。在堆码时，危险品专管员要在现场。
* Export Containers 出口集装箱
  ——将通知出口商应该把红色标志第2类危险品送到QQCT的时间。
——在到达检查桥入口时，工作人员会首先检查是否持有由货主填写，由港监最终盖章确认的危险品装箱证明。也应对司机和卡车进行检查，保证持有运输危险品货物的证件。
——收箱之前还要检查铅封号和危险品标签以及是否有损坏。然后集装箱会被放到预先指定的位置，并由危险品专管员进行监控。
  绿色标志集装箱
  ——所有的绿色标志危险品的箱子会被堆存在指定的堆场位置，且同红色标志第2类危险品隔离开。绿色标志的箱子可以堆码3个高，但会根据IMDG要求进行隔离。
——绿色标志的箱子可以在QQCT中最多存放7天，如果超过此期限，集装箱会被转运到青岛的场站堆存和发箱，相关的运输费用由进口商承担。

  船公司/代理
  * 通知港务局和QQCT将有危险品卸船或有危险品准备出口。
* 确保危险品的进口商或出口商了解在QQCT操作危险品所应遵循的程序。
  场站
  * 发放从该场站调出的准备装箱出口的空箱的预配单。
* 确保在规定的出口收箱时间内运送出口箱。
  货主/收货人
  * 清楚填写出口预配单
* 在将货物送到QQCT之前，填写危险品装箱证明并得到港监的授权和认可。
* 确保箱上贴有正确的危险品标签。
* 确保所有的进口清关手续已完成以方便卸船时直接提货。(只限于红色标志第1类和第2类危险品)
  车队
  * 在到达QQCT检查桥之前确保持有正确的单证。
* 确保所有运输危险品箱子的卡车具有必需的证件和授权。
* 确保拖盘上所有的集装箱的安全固定装置处于正常状态。
