这消息是真的。

我在oracleworld大会上亲自问过oracle university 亚太地区副总裁，
他的说法也想上面所说的一样。

什么半小时呀，我有好几次上午都无法访问。

001 当然也算了。

If you take a look at page 3 of Oracle's new OCP DBA 9i candidate guide, 001 is also listed there.

In fact, I took 001 exam instead of 007 before June 15 because we can take either 001 or 007 for DBA 9i exam. Another reason I choose 001 is 001 also count as one exam for developer 6i exam but 007 does not.

I ever send an email to an education representative of Oracle US, he replied me and said I do not need to take the Oracle training course based on that exception written in the candidate guide.
