在产品设计阶段是BOM决定工艺路线还是工艺路线决定BOM呢？讨论一下

无论bom怎么分类，最后落到实处的bom还是逃不出工艺的五指中

设计出来的生产bom只考虑了结构，没有考虑工艺路线

比如变压器的上节油箱,它的一个子件是
序号  名称    代号                工艺路线
1       碟阀装配    5ET.641.20015MX       1焊接 2装配
1-1    塞子       6ET.200.20015MX       1装配
1-2    管子       8ET.312.2764                      1金工 2焊接
1-3    法兰       8TT.541.123                         1焊接

可见bom结构是能准确反映生产的，工艺路线的划分才能准确表达bom结构，可以说工艺路线决定bom结构

如果只看碟阀装配bom结构，看不出生产过程
工艺路线比较明确，它是焊接车间生产管子、法兰
然后塞子随着上节油箱到装配（也就是塞子随着碟阀装配的父件走），到了装配车间把焊接生产的组件和塞子一组装，就组装成了
碟阀装配

The pre-condition to discuss this topic is supposed we are in the MRP formal management environment.

The Boms stored in a MRP system is used mainly for planning and scheduling,right? Sometime we call this MBOM -master Bill of the material.

The BOMs come for engineering and manufacturing departmens are surely differnet, but they are from the single "MBOM" database, and the BMOM is from the real situations (design, manufacturing, management,etc.) of your firm. what is more, rethinking the MBOM can also help the improvement of the design, manufacturing or management processes.
