i can use flashget/netant  download the file from server in former company.
but in this company , it can't . when i login on this server remotely, i choose ssfftp(maybe). i think it is the reason

can you recommend a tool can download  muti_thread in this situation.

i can use ftp in dos directly former,

最大的可能是服务器的设置问题。
如果你有权限，可以看看服务器对ftp有哪些限制。
