Sorry, I downloaded your file, but how can I open it? I unzip it , it will show me an add window, what are the next steps?

Sorry, that's a rar file itself, I forgot
I can't upload the exe file here, but you can go to winrar.com, download the application. Then, open the winrar I upload, use the cracker to register.

I haven't taken the upgrade exam yet, so I don't know how hard the 9i is.

I think maybe somebody pushed 9i too fast, I'd better take 8i first, then if possible , upgrade it. Because I passed 1z0-001.  I just need to pass 4 other exams to get 8i.
