我想问的是：其实我和Motton的方法可以将采购订单传到ASSETS而且能作为资本化计提折旧。那为什么还要专设一个子库呢？

我也查过所使用的科目是有效的，也是可以过帐的。

Setup the Expense Account
Go to Inventory Responsibility: Setup->Organizations->Parameters->
Costing Information-> Valuation Accounts region -> Expense Account field

你也可以在定义Item的界面中，为每个费用物品定义费用帐户

Hi Motton,

查过这里的设置，已经有设置过。好像是Account Generator存在问题。因为在FA 执行折旧也出现ERROR，查看LOG后，也是说Account Generator failed to generate a new code combination.

这是怎么回事呢？谢谢！

看一下，库存组织选择的是否正确。请检查供应商的接收地点、定单的接收地点，地点和库存组织连接的情况。

我也在做费用类采购，未成功。原因也是无法弹出借记帐户。我在成本模块已定义好EXP的帐户，就是不知为何未能成本
