进入SAP行业，看能力不看证书(希望对想进入SAP行业的朋友有所帮助)

中国最大的特点就是人多，当可以选择的机会多了，不久以后有可能如果要进项目，必须得有个证。就跟找工作要四六级一样，人太多了，没办法，只能这样先筛掉一部分。

项目在要人的时候，会先看你是什么模块的顾问，工作几年了，做过几个项目，项目中主要做什么工作，很少会问你，你有认证吗？
除非是2个顾问，都是MM模块，都是3年工作经验，做得项目又相当，这是如果其中有一个人有个认证，那这个人的优势会有一些。
所以认证对于有项目经验的顾问来说的优势都是很小的，何况对于没有项目经验的新人来说呢？

And you just criticise other training. Can you please provide your idea here?
It's easy to say it's bad. But more importantly, you should give the solution.

Frankly speaking, you said 4 months is good and can help to build solid knowledge for the participants.
But for the training institution, they charge about 50K for just 20 days.
So how much do you think we need to pay for this 4-month intense training session.
And who will pay this?

That's the point.
1. Training institution also know this, but they cannot change.
2. This training is not going to build one SAP expert. But just help the participarts to get the whole picture and idea of the basic knowledge and skills. And the ppl without any knowledge or experience, who have passion in this area, can have more opp to get into this field.
3. SAP can get profits from this kind of training.

经过这些培训的话，能够对SAP的掌握有个全局观。自己学习的话，可能不能全面了解SAP，只在一角慢慢摸索。

不认同，培训也不能让你很好理解SAP。罗马不是一天建成的，积累有行业经验才是主要的

sap之所以这样，是因为很多知识经验都是在顾问的脑子里，即使写出来，也因为各个行业，各个公司需求千奇百怪，几乎没有参考的可能。
纯粹靠自己的悟性，查询帮助，请教其他有经验的人。
