是由于返工单BOM Loop导致,与我先前的测试与猜测一致。也就是说有一张返工单用D开立工单，但是Kit file维护了C的料。以下是我的疑问与顾问的解答，希望对遇到相同问题的同行有所帮助。

I want to say BOM loops in Non-std job effects MPS result. Is that true? As I know,only Standard job BOM
loops can effect MPS/MRP result.

Yes, BOM loops in Non-std job effects MPS result. It is confirmed as the similar issue in bug 4394697 and the s
tatement from Oracle Work in Process User’s Guide, page 4-3.

" .. However, if a non-standard job is assigned an assembly bill of material, a routing, or both,
Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning considers the job’s mater
ial requirements as demand and its assemblies as supply. Oracle Capacity conside
rs resource load for non-standard jobs. "

There is no prevention as it is not possible to detect all BOMs for every components assigned to the jobs. However, you may use the script in Note 341391.1 to determine which standard/non-standard
WIP discrete jobs have a BOM loop.
