Can not view the updated contents on Portal ?

The Portal contents are cached. I can only see the same contents when I accessed the same page again. How user view the updated contents on Portal in the future?How to set cache content refresh ?Thank you!

方法1. 去WebCache里面手动invalidate
方法2. 不要使用浏览器刷新，Portal自带刷新按钮
方法3. 等，没多久就同步了，默认10分钟

试过了,还是不行,如果我Clear The Entire Web Cache,
Portal 上的内容就会改变,但是只改变一次,我再次登陆,内容还是没有改变,我又得清除一次才看到改变.
我PORTAL上显示的是上次用户登陆的时间.
