呼唤高手,非常着急,在线等,oracle无法启动

现在我们还不知道他的环境，比如：DNS和ORACLE是否在一台机器上，还有telnet和sam是在哪台机器上用的，怎末用的，网络情况等，我相信，肯定有内在原因的。

I resolved the problem.

the the root cause of the problem is the DNS server.
The resolver didn't work.

When I fixed the DNS,  oracle can startup successfully.

I wonder if your Oracle_Home is installed on a automounted NFS server which became inaccessible during that period.
也许Yong Huang的分析是对的

i think it was the /usr/sbin/swapinfo file is not exists or no excute privelegde,also,maby the evironment is changed by incorrect.So ,check you environment or the file "swapino",mabye there are the third situation:you have no space to save some temproray file .

提示没有权限啊  看看你的用户是否有权限

以下用root执行
chmod 755 /usr/sbin/swapinfo
chown oracle:dba /usr/sbin/swapinfo

然后看看你的内存是不是用完了，还有，看看你的参数文件中有关内存的参数配置正不正确，不知道你用的参数文件是spfile还是pfile所以如果是spfile的化，那你最好先找一个能用的pfile来把数据库启动到nomount下再说其它的
