6 sigma is methodology, it does make too much difference regarding industry and usage aspect.

in GE, all employees must be green belt, making it a must to use the tool, which is merely a tool to improve the quality, on a continuous basis.

Thanks all. Understand some about 6 Sigma after reading some books. I think for 3PL, process is very important, which is similar with the methodology with 6 Sigma. I will try it in my company.
