Cash Sales:
Cash is received before delivering the goods to the customer. It is like the method followed in the shopping malls. When you create a sales order, the billing document is created; delivery also done immediately. There is no need to update the customer account as we receive the amount immediately. During cash sales, Cash account is debited and Sales account is credited.
Rush Order:
Rush order is very similar to Standard sales order with one exception. Rush order will be delivered immediately. Other functionalities are similar to standard order (Delivery >> Picking >> Packing >> PGI >> Billing). While creating billing document, the customer account is debited and sales account is credited. |
