拙见:这是一个最佳实践性质的问题。比如，一个负责电信运营商的电话卡冲值数据库管理人员，如果长期就一个人，或者是多人但是实际上是一个人长期负责，风险就比较大。
IT管理重点是流程。

           和   Recovery  Costs
   的区别阿！

Downtime costs：系统宕机成本，系统宕机可能包括，突发的（如断电，意外灾害等）或有计划的（如包括在系统升级，迁移计划内的系统宕机）

Recovery Costs：恢复成本，进行系统恢复的成本


书里的定义还没看，不知道有没有说错哦

你说得对。我们都没有错。只不过题目问的是Many organizations require an employee to take a mandatory vacation (holiday) of a week or more to...
其实让员工强制性放假可以有多种原因，只不过在CISA考试这个大背景下，在IS security 这个大背景下，答案B显得比较符合背景，而不是符合题目。这样的题目老实说出得不好，还不如直接问"让sys adm定期轮值的目的是...".

外包的主要目的是节省成本，可是选项中并没有类似的。只能说答案符合大的背景，但并不符合题目。题目出的不好，不如换个出法。

不同的人得出的结论可以完全不同

我的观点是这个题目出的不好，这个题目放在这个考试里不适合。为什么？因为你问强制性放假的好处/目的，选项A也很好啊，为了提高生产力，鼓舞士气什么的，难道一定要防止事故发生才强制放假？关键是题目只是泛泛的说给员工放假，首先它没有说明是什么员工，即使我们assume他说的是IS员工，我选A也很好啊。
