在同一台Windows上安装了IHS、DB2 8.1、Siebel Server 7.5、Siebel DB Server，现在要Config Siebel DB Server，

运行 “Configure DB Server”， 并输入各项设置后，弹出错误：
The Siebel Upgrade Wizard was unable to apply this upgrade [install]. Please choos Yes if you would like to retry the upgrade, choose No if you wish to abort immediately, and choose Cancel if you wish to abort and clean up from the failed upgrade attempt.

选择Retry后，弹出提示：Upgrade Wizard did not complete successfully. Please examine the log file for details and restart the Siebel application to attempt the upgrade again.，之后退出安装

检查一下Install DB 时S_CS_ANSWER_LANG 这张表创建没有。
先删掉这个repository 重新import一遍，
不行就删掉DB,重新Install DB一遍，IBM DB2 安装时稍有不慎， 有时会有一些比较奇怪的错误

不就是那个表的问题么．

最后还是还原了操作系统，因为在cfg siebel db server时，出了问题，就把siebel db server卸载再安装了，安装完成之后再做cfg报出缺表的错误，在db里一看，压根没建一个表，整个siebel schema都不在，一气之下就重装了

建议装siebel 的同志们注意多多备份系统，有时候trouble shooting太太太麻烦
