对的，同公司不同工厂间要用移动类型351的，不是641

Transfer postg. using 301 when Plant to plant 1 step.
The quantity of the stock transferred is posted immediately from the unrestricted-use stock of the issuing plant to the unrestricted-use stock of the receiving plant .
If the plants involved belong to different company codes, the transfer between plants is also a transfer between company codes. In this case, the system creates two accounting documents for the transfer posting. The stock posting is offset against a company code clearing account.
The transfer posting is valuated at the valuation price of the material in the issuing plant.

SAP 提供的厂间转储
有直接MIGO POSTING 1步、2步
通过MIGO transfer order    2步351
通过delivery 1步、2步

这幅图的意思，我也没看懂，似乎是在说，通过MIGO transfer order 也有1步和2步，但只提到了2步 351，那么1步用得是什么MVT呢？

你思路挺清晰，前面很多朋友的回复都没分清posting directly、with Transfer Order、with Delivery(or without)的区别

关于这个问题，其实是我没看完，我截的图片实际上紧接着还有一句话是“You can use the one-step procedure only if you use SD.”-- LO510_46C_page110
我理解这句话的意思就是指要用one-step的话，必须是with Delivery，也就是你说的“通过delivery 1步”；所以我想with Transfer Order but without Delivery的情况，只有2步351这种方式，没有1步的方式（哪位知道如何做1步请一定告知哈）

目前我们用的方法分享一下！

plant A 向B 申请 :303!   B good issue 后，  A 305  good reciept！

plant B 向A 申请: B ME21N PO,  A 接收后 good issue，B good reciept 101！
