IT Manager for an AutoMobile Financial Company
Location: Finance Street, Beijing
Salary range offered: 15k-25k/mon

1. Position Identity:
Position:   IT Manager       
Fixed Number of Persons:   1
Immediate Supervisor's Position:   Director of IT & Finance Dept.
Number of Subordinates:   3

2. Overall Objective of the Position:
1) Responsible for planning and establishing of IT system
2) Manages and maintains software and hardware systems on a daily basis
3) Responsible for establishing and maintaining company's intranet
4) Monitors company's electronic equipment
5) Ensures company's software and hardware operation safely
6) Provides software and hardware services for company business operation
7) Ensures production and operation safely for company's system

3. Duties:
1) Make and adjust the overall plan of IT infrastructure. After approval, implement the project
2) Manage and maintain all kinds of operation systems, financial system, office system
3) Purchase, install, test, operate, upgrade and maintenance hardware, software and computer room equipments.
4) Establish and maintain intranet, ensure the intranet operation safely for business requirement
5) Monitor company's computer lab, UPS , desktops and laptops and so on.
6) Communicate with business department for software system study and development, upgrade technical requirements
7) Purchase IT equipments
8) Other duties

4. Requirements：
Necessary Education:        University degree or higher level
Major:        Information technology
Necessary Experience:        Minimum 2 years experience in IT manager's position
Knowledge/Skills:        
1) Familiarity with IT management
2) Knowledge of software, hardware and internet, especially
      IBM Servers on AIX
      Oracle Database
      SQL Servers
      Websphere
      Mails Servers, network, routers, loutos notes
      ERP requirements analysis and promotion
3) Good communication capability. Good oral English.
