ERP11.5.10登陆不进去，前辈帮帮忙

我电击e_business home page进入后显示
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, changeOnOHSInstall and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
请问怎么解决这个问题

没有出现登陆界面，只是出现错误

check your apache log, it's possible that you have changed the apps password but not synchronized with all configuration files.

其实原因很多的，像12i这个特别耗系统资源的系统，提交也不算大的请求的时候，也经常出现这个问题，过一会就好了：）

之前做了什么？
监听没启？做了autoconfig？改了配置文件？

我什么都没做过，我连数据库conn apps/apps 可以进去，但是我用conn apps/apps@vis就不行了
我用命令 sh adautocfg.sh检查 ora-12505 :TNS:listener could not resolve SID given in connect descriptor ，

vis监听没起来，conn apps/apps@vis就进不去
