If you never use DB2 in IBM mainframe or AS/400 something, it means nothing, you can't image how fascinating it is, any database can't surpass it(DB2 + Mainframe/AS400) even oracle.
It's really funny what you're talking about...

I agree with the first part of what you said. DB2 is much more than it is currently given credit for, especially in China because Oracle got there first and has a much larger market share.
