Jimbc is right. PS financial is pretty much the same everywhere. However HRMS is different in different area. PS have done a lot to customise it to fit local market. I know they have country specific modules like hr for Japan, Asia pacific, Hongkong etc. I would imagine China have their own HRMS management style, if they have any
When we talking PS here we always referring to 山东电力, which obviously has become a touchstone of PS. I hope PS have realized that and put their efforts on it. On the other hand, it is not fair to judge a system based on one or two implementation. My opinion is that ERP is just a tool. Whether you can handle it largely depends on yourself. |
