Central Design Team - Program Manager(Senior consultant)

Reporting To: Global Progam Manager
The Program Manager, reporting to the director of Global Progam Management, will support the director of Global Program Management to lead the Central Design Team in Beijing. In this role, the Program Manager will manage the Program Office, Roadmap, Organization, Data and Architecture teams to lead, design and implement global systems and processes. The Program Manager will manage a mixed and diverse international team of consultants and regular employees. In addition, the Program Manager will work closely with program and project management, business transformation organization, and the information technology group to drive global IT transformation effort. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in realizing global IT strategies and in ensuring competitiveness for the future
Responsibilities
Conduct global information system requirement analysis, design and roadmap project definition
Perform global business process analysis and IT architecture design
Able to conduct cross project, cross function program management and audit
Manage teams and projects on an international basis
Set up and manage program processes and infrastructure (e.g. PMO, change control, issue management).
Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling work being performed by Roadmap, Organization, Data and Architecture teams
Set staffing and personnel development strategy. Mentor, coach and develop Global Program Management Trainees
Requirements
6+ years of experience in SAP implementation related enterprise / global transformation programs. SAP global template design experience major plus
3+ years of SAP program management experience
3+ years experience with recognized program management methodologies
Formal training, certification and demonstrated competency (e.g. PMP, PMI) in program management strong plus, but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English. Fluency in both languages, written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree
