既想WIP不发料就不能完工，又想可以多发料，咋整？

在WIP Material Transaction畫面中，選擇Specific Component，就可以指定要多發料的物料，只是輸入時系統會提示此製程不是推式製程(Push)，但不會限制輸入。

或者在job detail菜单更改工单需求。
哪个component需要多发，就把哪个的需求扩大，这样还是可以用backflush方式自动发料。

更改需求界面可以开放给指定的人，同时制定相应的流程，免得不法分子有机可乘。

拉式物料损耗的,也可以发到工单上,在WIP物料事务处理那,选择工单发料,在选择特定组件,就可以拉式物料多发料到工单上了.

这位兄弟才说到点子上，WIP parameter/default backflush中选择 Allow Quantity Changes during Backflush，即可实现LZ的预期。

还有一个方法就是再定义bom 的时候设置yield% ，呵呵。但是在backflush 的时候不可以干预的。
