这件引起业界轩然大波的事件始于六月二日，J.D. Edwards公司(简称JDE)宣布与仁科软件公司(PeopleSoft)达成合并协议:仁科软件以十七亿美元的价格收购了其竞争对手J.D.Edwards，后者将成为仁科软件公司的全资子公司。如果交易完成，仁科软件将晋升为全球商用软件业老二的宝座，矛头直指老大甲骨文。

    在仁科宣布并购J.D.Edwards后的第四天，甲骨文公司出人意料地宣布要以五十一亿美元的巨资收购仁科。仁科软件公司于美国时间六月十二日正式拒绝了甲骨文公司收购要求。

我们用的也是JDE，呵呵，去年刚上的JDE，可是为什么我的工资只有2K，而不是20K，整整少个0啊

Sound knowledge in JDE Distribution (Sales, Purchase & Inventory), Finance (A/R, A/P, G/L,

Job Costing and Contract Billing) and Manufacturing (Work Order, Service Orders, PDM, BOM

and MRP) application, Involved with Conversion from AS 400 legacy to JDE E1 system during

implementation, Knowledge of EDI processes e.g. Interfaces between JDE and Peripheral

Systems
Warehouse & Distribution Experience. (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce etc.)

Ability to fully utilize The Supply-Chain Operations Reference-model (SCOR) model. Ability

to conduct regional CRPs to ensure that the global template can will fit.



Technical:
Just some key Skills desired: JD Edwards World, JD Edwards Development Tools , Work Bench,

Object Librarian, Table Design, Business View Design, Form Design, Processing Option

Design, Menu Design, Business Function Design, Enterprise Report Design, Table Conversion

and Application Design and Debugger RPG/400, DB2/400, SQL/400, Query/400, SQL, C, PL/SQL,

SQL Server Programming Custom report writing using both JDE and non-JDE tools,Sun Solaris,

JDE tools, z-files, pdf files, interfaces, SDLC (testing Validation) Ability to work with

Off-shore development resources, Ability to work with regional IT team, ability to utilize

SDLC to ensure full complines with FDA Validation standards.Ability to guide the team to

not develop Interfaces from a design perspective which going forward will make it very

difficult to upgrade JDE or chance process (e.g. don't make to many modifications in

middleware websphere but rather utilize JDE functions) Experience in Instance consolidation

in a double byte environment as well as conversions from 7.3 to 8.12 including move from

AS400 to Sun solaris infrastructure. Ability to utilize middle ware products (IBM-

Websphere)
