oracle经常是这样了，先把概念放出来，给大家洗洗脑。
计算资源要真的象电能一样使用，还是要很长时间的发展的。

那也就是说，目前oracle还不能实现真正的网格（像电网一样的），只是发展了rac，对吧？

rac里配置服务器的时候有选项,把同一数据库在几台台主机上的实例都首选了就grid了吧,哈哈.

RAC就是网格，你用服务名访问，但不知道具体访问的是那台机器和实例，和电网有点类似。

From the server side, grid is about virtualization and provisioning. you pool all your resources together and provision these resources dynamically based on the needs of your business, thus achieving better resource utilization at the same time.
