我是在windows xp pro下安装的oracle 10g
ORACLE_HOME配置为
ORACLE_HOME=D:\SoftWare\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1

oracle帮助上说要停掉iSQL*Plus Application Server 服务，所以我先停止了，然后在dos下运行：

C:\>java -Djava.security.properties=%ORACLE_HOME%\oc4j\j2ee\home\config\jazn.sec
urity.props -jar %ORACLE_HOME%\oc4j\j2ee\home\jazn.jar -user "iSQL*Plus DBA/admi
n" -password welcome -shell
