I have tired the mehtod use the app_special package, but it is failed. It is ok when I used in the applications 11, but can't get the expect result in the applications 11i.

If the method that set the parameter QUERY_ONLY=YES for the form,
then the record can't be updated by the user, I want the user can update
the record, but can't delete the record.

If need to create the block in the standard form which oracle provided for 11i,
how to create it? what is the data block's name ?
