dbw是把cold dirty buffer 写入data file,还是把所有dirty buffers 写入？

老兄，oracle 方面我是初哥啊，本来我以为我明白了，可是看了yong huang 介绍的两篇文章，我又糊涂了。我现在正抱着concept在看，其实我真正感兴趣的是oracle 的 fast commit 事务处理机制，和为了完成这个机制所设计的数据结构和算法，比如redo entry 含有哪些数据项，data file header 含有哪些数据项，一条redo entry 怎样和一个事务的scn 联系起来，太多了，一时说不清楚，我觉得oracle 就这点好，它留给你很多东西让你好奇，让你觉得不搞清楚心里不舒服，可是它又不给你讲透彻，或许是俺的理解力不够，或者接触的时间太短

顺便帮我看看这个问题好吗？

Those cases mentioned above as DBWs perform are just different task it does to ensure the process of Cache buffer managerment. oracle sometimes do ... sometimes do.. to make sure it can maxmize the usage of memory. those conditions, of course, are based on the background and the current requirement.

But there is holly one goal  in all.

biti大师,翻你的老帖看看。。正在研读文档,刚好碰到cold buffer，一搜就把你搜出来了。实在不好意思

最近可能没有使用这个冷块,有可能很久很久以前。。这个块被修改过。。所以就踢它回磁盘
