我有6年经验，firewall,ids,物理安全，密码都有一定认识，基础知识：mainframe,network,NT有些基础。

I would start from HISM (online at www.cccrue.org), at the end of each domain, read Prep Guide; then
- do the sample questions from the Prep Guide;
- do the sample questions from the Prep Guide Adv;
- do the sample quiz from www.cccure.org question bank;
- research ref material from the net (www.cccure.org has a huge collection);
- assess the progress of the domain, pay particular attention to errors that happened 3rd times;
- go back to read HISM and ask yourself a lot of "what-if" and "then-what"questions, check Prep Guide to confirm

The above listed are just a quick session, I will post more stuff based on my experience - hope this helps.

读HISM需要用实际工作经验体会理解, Prep Guide 非常有助于将以往工作中积累的点滴经验系统化, 从中找到距离CBK要求的掌握程度的最弱部分. 建议采用HISM+Prep Guide 是因为马先生有实际工作经验并已通过了CISA考试. 对于新近接触信息系统安全的人, 建议从 All-in-One 开始.
