I think you have given the truth that Big 4 really need high talented CISAs to join them. However, I found few Chinese large-scale companies advertise for IT auditors. The main reason could be their lack of awareness of improving their IT management. Therefore, training senior management and showing them benefits from IT audit to raise their awareness is very important. Big 4 are doing such thing now to expand their business. So, we should express thanks to them.
