Instuctor's Guide is what the instructor use in a traning
Student's Guide is what the student use in a traning

Normaly, the student guide and the instructor guide will has the same projector slides, but the slide notes will be different. The student will have notes and examples, but the instructor will have what the instructor should say in the training.
