I made it! I test the compression rate by SAPDBA.  I changed the backup mode to online and begin test, it sucssed.  

用SAPDBA工具测试压缩率，选择BACKUP，大约用了不到2个小时，我的数据库大约40G, 而且成功结束。
在这个过程中没有提示让我关闭数据库，(我选的是ONLINE). 而且我也在 **.cmb中找到了每个文件的压缩比。

lxh，你说的加一个crontab job是个好主意。

至于为什么 在DB13中选择whole database backup + offline redo log 为什么速度太慢的原因，我抽时间再测试一次，如果还是慢再找原因。

但在提示中有这样的话：
database reconnect. 可能SAPDBA自动关闭和重启数据库了。

我们的日志有是是2G，有时是3G,  我们备份日志有个交叉，每天的归档日志基本上是当天备份一次，次日再备份后自动删除。所以不用清理。
