English expression is very important

it's more important even than your technique, if you are an immigrant to
canada, and try to find a job,you will understand this point, or else if you'd know about an
Indian can act as a manager but we Chinese act always programmer, then
you will understand that point too.

In case you are not in Canada, and you really want to go, please reconsider your choice. I have some IT friends in Canada, they all said economy in Canada is not bad, but too too too awful!!!

Hi, Ziyuan is right, my brother is in Canada, the job market is not good there, also the salary. The only good thing is if you have kids, the education benefit is very good.

1 or 2 babies are not enough, the more babies you get, the more welfare package you will have. Lots of Chinese women just go there, nothing to do but ...., It is true, at least my friends told me so...

I work in Shanghai but I like salary in HongKong.
