Just based on my experience and observation, some of MNC already use EXTENDING their current system to connect with 3PL system;

1. There is already clear SO in customer's system, IT can set up the authorization user account to let 3PL to online receive new delivery order through internet.

2. 3PL can receive the new task from its system, meaning it is not through a Coordinator, that is necessary for big company operation to avoid 人为的因素

3. This method can also apply in contracting out external distribution center to 3PL's management.

4. If 3PL donesn't voice out the difficlty within preset lead time, customer will considet it is no problem, it will save working burden and headcount in customer to follow up; Customer can get the update summary report from 3PL system to fully support sales

5. Some finance issue may encounter during this, but it should be no problem if you own good relationship with some goverment departments
