MySQL中的text字段不区分字母大小写，怎么解决？

如果在text字段中查找abc (... where field like '%abc%')
那么abc、ABC的内容都会出来

请教高手门，这个问题怎么解决啊？

use binary char:
where field like binary '%abc%'
or change the field to binary char type
