The experience is more important than a certificate.
"比较松散的结构"? Did you mean weak matrix?
I have never read the Chinese versions of the PM books before. So, I'm not familiar with the PM wording in Chinese. But, I can tell that you can not be a good PM just by reading a book or getting a certificate. The PMBOK just suggests their ways of doing things. In reality, everything is different. Even in the same company, things change periodically.
I passed the PMP exam last year. Before that, I had more than 10 years IT experience. What I can say is that project management in a changing environment is the norm nowadays. You have to be prepared for it.
Now, back to your question. In a weak matrix, PM is easier actually. There's not too many opportunities for you to explore. Just carefully follow the rule, and you'll see. |
