我的第一个模型（非常粗浅，不过总算开始了）

模拟了一个会计结算的小流程，中间用到iids的四类组件（姑且称之为组件）：资源、组织、事件、控制，资源是指企业所能掌控的生产要素，比如金钱，机器，厂房，信息系统等等，组织是指企业的人员构成，企业本身就是一个顶级组织，事件是指构成企业经营行为的各种事务，比如，采购，生产，销售，这些实践也可以细分为许多小的事件，控制是指企业为了完成既定的目标，而对不同的事件进行干预，使之按照既定的目标发展。

关于ARIS Export / Import的问题，看到一段话，他是这样说的：


  ARIS no longer includes an ASCII import / export function. If you need this function,
contact IDS Scheer’s Customer Interaction Center.
  In an XML export, you can specify whether all UML contents are to be copied regardless
of your current method filter.
  In an XML export, you can specify whether the group structure for all items that have
not been explicitly selected for the export but are exported via relationships are also to
be exported. Previously, these items were simply placed in the main group, but now the
groups to which the items belonged in the source database are created.
   All OLE objects are now also exported.
   During an XML import you can now specify how the import is to continue if identical
items are identified in the import file and the target database (View / Options / XML
Import / Conflict Resolution).
  You can select individual object definitions for export and the objects linked to the
object by connections will also be exported in accordance with your entries in the
Relationship Depth field in the Options / XML Export dialog box.
   You can carry out time-controlled XML exports and imports with VBS scripts.
