No update for a while.  How is stock market performing?  With housing market near collapsing I am wondering that it is good time for government to kick in and take cheap properties and donate them (or deep discount) to people who really need to release their pressure on marriage and children (all current critical issues in discussion).  Instead of increasing salary to increase spending for economy, remove ONE mega mountain is more critical step.  Particularly at time being, such action is one shot to kill all birds.  Any way no one can ensure those ‘good properties’  which may change its label by surrounding roads, buildings, commercial activities, and living people.  The answer is easy to reach when government figures out the goal of whole society.

关于地产，逻辑其实是没用的，这种东西太大，大到小小的个人是不可能从任何一个方向根据所谓的必然性推导出投资策略，如果出现了所谓的分析对了，无非就是蒙对了而已。跟随市场去做就完事了，一定要有自己成熟的模式，最终都是技术上的东西。好比，你解决了oracle系统的重大问题，只能凭借你高超的oracle技术，而不可能对oracle并不精通仅仅通过极其聪明来达到。

最近市场低迷，我觉得和量化被带节奏有很大的关系，只要一牵扯2级市场的交易层面的东西，市场就会怂一下。
量化有什么罪？全都是在规则内交易，和我等散户都是场内的玩家，都没编制，不要眼红量化。
