note 2379616是怎么解决它的呢？

1. For NetWeaver 7.50 and higher only: Apply note 2914109 using transaction SNOTE if necessary. This will update or create report RSMSSDROPCREGTT. Then run report RSMSSDROPCREGTT and choose "Recreate all GTTs".
2. RUTCNVFUNCCRE1 and use "Force Execution" = 'X'.
3. RUTDDLSCREATE with the option "All DDL Sources".

但是运行SE38会报错，又怎么执行第一步呢？

问题已解决。我自己对这个虚机也做了一些优化，例如可以支持使用远程GUI登录它等。
