[B]在事务处理状态汇总中找到此笔业务，下面是错误信息，有碰到过这种情况的吗？应该怎么处理呢？

RVTII-&ERR_NUMBER：子例行程序 rvtiicreate() 返回的错误

原因：子例行程序 rvtiicreate() 返回时出现内部错误。

现在系统内订单退货接收入库一直出现这样的错误，错误原因还在查证之中

symptom: Unable to perform Receipt/Delivery for RMAs and Internal Orders
symptom: RVTII-030: Subroutine rvtiicreate() returned error

fix:

Upgrade file rvtii.lpc to version 115.43.1157.2 or higher.  Apply Patch:
2437705 or later.

If the Delivery to Inventory failed and the RMA Line Status=Closed, please
perform Miscellaneous Transaction -> Miscellaneous Receipts to receive the
item into Inventory.  Note:  accounting activities for the Miscellaneous
Receipt should be reviewed to ensure accounting entries are correct based on
the RMA's requirements.

现在就是这样子做的，但是这样做后，退货报表就没办法体现出实际的退货情况

在做Miscellaneous Receipts 时应该有特殊标记  做退货报表时 将这种人工处理进去  毕竟这种情况是很少的

这样的问题我也碰过N次了，在METALINEK上面查，说是要打一个PATCH，目前最好的解决方法就是杂项接收
