His hard parses per second appears to be 24.1, if I read the poorly aligned text right. But his "Execute to Parse %" is 96.51. That's very good (see msg #4).

If I were the DBA, I would find the cause for high log file sync, and give more memory to SGA and its buffer cache, but not shared pool.

对这么大的表做操作肯定要慢，既然是分区月表，可以按照月来执行，再把各个月的结果做个汇总，化繁为简。

个人觉得可按 car_id, gather_date创建local索引。然后按分区统计
