I suggest contacting VMWare about this error. I don't think Oracle support would help you unless your errors are completely isolated to Oracle, i.e. clearly unrelated to VMWare. I suspect there's some configuration problem at the VMWare layer.

But if I were you, I would stay away from VM to create a RAC database. I'm under the impression that Oracle is always reluctant to support RAC built on a VM.
