try:

startup mount;
alter database add logfile (D:\ORANT\DATABASE\LOGORCL3.ORA) size 1M;
alter database open;

解释： oracle need min. two log groups.  you only have two log groups, if one was crashed, your database cannot startup.  add a new log group, you may start database up, then drop the crashed log file.

select group#,status from v$log;
把结果帖来看看，我猜可能是这样的：
1      active
2     current
我估计group 1坏了，oracle 切换到group 2,而group 1 坏了，oracle
不能checkpoint,所以 group 1 sitll active, when group 2 finished,
It want to switch to group 1,but It was still active,so crashed.

如果是这样，我只能说：对不起，我已经尽力了.

SVRMGR> connect internal
SVRMGR>startup ifile=指定另一个init.ora文件名
