ORA-00214: control file '/u01/app/oracle/oradata/standby/control02.ctl' version
799 inconsistent with file '/u01/app/oracle/oradata/standby/control01.ctl'
version 795
控制文件版本不对。

将control02.ctl复制成control01.ctl，就可以了

备库mount、主库起来后，主库这边一直报：
Error 12154 received logging on to the standby
PING[ARC1]: Heartbeat failed to connect to standby 'standby'. Error is 12154.

是tnsnames文件问题，图中红色标示的小括号前面需要有空格，不然会有问题。
