OAS Manager 的配置管理功能很直接，好用，好像Oracle 9iAS的Website的管理功能并不强，不好用。请问，Oracle9iAS中该在哪儿得到与OAS类似的管理和配置接口

命令行启动emctl start iasconsole或emctl start em
用IE到[url]http://[/url]<hostname>:<portnum>/
端口号在$ORACLE_HOME/install/portlist.ini

Fatal Error: Unable to write to the transaction log (/D:/iSuite/sysman/j2ee/pistence/transaction.state), possible reasons for this are that Orion lacks pession to write to the file, or that another instance of the server is already rnning with this configuration (most common): Unable to alter transaction log
原因何在？

我把EMWebSite服务关掉，两个命令可以执行了，但好像不成功，帮忙分析一下，谢谢！

后面就没反映了。

是何原因？

另外，我按照http方式登录，但除了7777和1810端口外，好像其他端口都进不去，或半天没反映。我用1810,WebSite将两台服务器添加到一个集群里，是否也需要将infrastructure也添加到集群里呢？

        添加完后有什么方法可以测试集群的配置是否成功呢？宕机测试等。。。
