Data Manager / Business Analyst
Role
The Data Manager/Business Analyst will be part of the WW CPD Supply Chain Organization responsible for supporting Manugistics v7.2 and Microsoft based tools used for planning CPD hardware and supplies.
In addition to daily tactical support, this role will include working with various regional and geographic planning personnel to identify and prioritize issues, new requirements and change requests as they relate to both the business processes and planning tools.
Primary Job Description (80%)
Provide daily technical support for CPD planning operations
Provide actionable analysis for troubleshooting of Manugistics batch processes
Provide actionable analysis for Manugistics data setup
Provide close interaction with IT ,end-users and others groups (eg. Agentrics Data Manager) to resolve batch & setup related issues
Pro-actively approach gathering required setup information from the planners
Provide tactical data management support including normalizing, cleansing and loading of data into the Manugistics and various MDE/VB planning applications
Secondary Job Description (20%)
Gathering & normalizing new WW business requirements
Create professional documentation used to communicate business requirements to technical developers
Develop test plans, test cases and scenarios used to proof system designs, prototypes and error handling protocols
Develop training material, desk procedures and leading training workshops
Skills
1-3 years practical experience with Manu v7.2.1 navigation and application feature functionality (Demand and Fulfillment)
1-3 years working with relational databases and related concepts
2-3 years practical experience in advanced systems analysis including troubleshooting of Manugistics batch processes, and data setup-related issues
2-3 years practical experience in data management and manipulation
1-3 years using all Microsoft Office database and spreadsheet applications principally Excel and Access
1-3 years working with detailed technical processes
