i think the note is talking about three things mainly:
1) pretending oracle authorized trainer
2) distributing oracle training material
3) discussing ocp exam questions
we don't have to worry about the first one. besides it doesn't say one cannot train other people oracle, it just says that you can't pretend you are oracle authorized. even here in the states, it's very common that anyone can open a school and train oracle, unix or whatever, perfectly legal. they key is you cannot say you are oracle athorized.
about the 2), we should be careful. i think forum owners already know.
3) to discuss exam questions is technically a violation of the agreement you agreed when you take the exam. that responsibility lies in each individual, not with the forum. so oracle can't really go after the forum for this. besides, it's ok to talk about exams in general terms. for braindumps, etc, it's probably better to provide a url than paste here directly. |
